(a) Noxious weeds, such as thistle, jimson, burdock, ragweed, cocklebur or other weeds of a like kind, found growing on any lot or tract of land in the Municipality, are hereby declared to be a nuisance. No person shall permit any such weeds to grow or remain in any such place. (Ord. 902. Passed 9-19-80.)
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
