(a) Where, upon inspection, it is found that the order provided for in Section 668.09 has not been complied with as to any lot or parcel of ground, the Manager may order the owner, occupant or person in charge of such land to abate such nuisance within ten days, setting forth the nature of the violation and the acts required to be done in his or her notice to such person. This may be done either concurrently with or in lieu of the resolution passed by Council pursuant to Section 668.11. No person shall fail to comply with such order. (Ord. 806. Passed 4-5-79.)
