668.12 SERVICE OF RESOLUTION.

A copy of the resolution adopted pursuant to Section 668.11 may be served personally or at the usual place of residence of the owner, occupant or person in charge of the land, or by registered mail or, in lieu of such service, may be published for two consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in the Municipality.
