668.06 ENFORCEMENT OF VACATION ORDERS.

When the notice of vacation has not been complied with, and the County Board of Health certifies such fact to the Chief of Police, together with a copy of the notice, the Chief shall enforce such notice of vacation and cause the premises to be vacated in accordance with the terms of such notice. (1977 Code Sec. 94.10)
