648.09 VIOLATIONS OF MAYOR’S PROCLAMATIONS.

(a) No person shall willfully violate a proclamation issued by the Mayor in cases of emergency pertaining to or affecting the public health, safety, peace or general welfare.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
