Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished in accord with Section 698.02 of the Codified Ordinances of the Municipality. Each separate violation or separate day’s violation shall constitute a separate offense. This section shall not be construed to limit the enforcement of any other municipal ordinance or Ohio law.
