(a) No person shall remove from park property or write upon, cut, mutilate, deface or damage any building, equipment or other property which is owned, leased or otherwise controlled by the City of Springboro.
(b) No person shall dig, remove or carry away any rock, stone, sod, sand, earth, tree, wood, shrub, plant or flower on park property.
(c) No person shall carry away any wild animal from park property.
(d) No person shall remove any park sign, fixture, equipment or improvement, or part thereof which is owned, leased or otherwise controlled by the City of Springboro.
