646.06 DISORDERLY CONDUCT.
   (a)   No person, on park property, shall recklessly cause inconvenience, annoyance or alarm to another by doing any of the following:
      (1)   Engaging in fighting, threatening of harm to persons or property, or violent or dangerously boisterous behavior;
      (2)   Making unreasonable noise or offensively course utterance, gesture, display or communicating unwarranted and grossly abusive language to any person;
      (3)   Insulting, taunting or challenging another, under circumstances in which such conduct is imminently likely to provoke a violent response;
      (4)   Creating any condition which is physically offensive to persons or which presents a risk of physical harm to persons or property;
      (5)   Acting in a manner endangering park facilities or visitors.
   (b)   No person may enter onto or remain upon park property while intoxicated or under the influence of intoxicants.

   (c)   No person shall in any way interfere or hinder or prevent any park employee from discharging his duty, nor offer or endeavor to do so. (Ord. 0-17-9. Passed 4-6-17.)
