(a) The following rules and regulations shall govern the conduct of persons entering onto the park properties of the Municipality of Springboro:
(b) Definitions used in this chapter are as follows:
(1) “Park” or “park property” means any outdoor recreational or leisure facility owned or managed by the City of Springboro for use by its citizens, except golf courses.
(2) “Person” means any individual or legal entity physically upon park property, or who causes effects upon park property by instrumental means.
