642.27 POSSESSION OF PROPERTY BELONGING TO THE MUNICIPALITY.

(a) No person, without being duly authorized, shall have in his or her control or possession, any equipment, tool, implement or other property belonging to the Municipality.

(1977 Code Sec. 132.17)

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
