634.02 CONDUCT OF MINORS; SPECIAL EVENTS.
   (a)   Public Places. No minor shall remain in or upon any public place or any establishment during the curfew hours.
 
   (b)   Aimless Driving in Vehicles. No minor shall drive or ride aimlessly in an automobile, a truck or a motorcycle during the curfew hours.
 
   (c)   Exceptions. This section shall not apply to a minor accompanied by a parent, to a minor upon an errand or other legitimate business directed by such minor’s parent or to a minor who is engaged in gainful lawful employment during the curfew hours.
 
   (d)   Special Events. Any school, church, lodge or other organization which desires to hold any entertainment for minors under eighteen years of age, which entertainment will require such minors to be out at a later hour than is provided in this chapter, shall first make application therefor to the Manager for permission to have the minors stay out to a later hour. The application shall state the time the entertainment will end. The minors who attend such entertainment shall be required to be off the streets and public places one hour after the entertainment is ended.
 
   (e)   Penalty. Whoever violates any of the provisions of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
