618.69 APPEAL TO COMMON PLEAS COURT.

Any aggrieved party may appeal the decision and findings of the Board of General Appeals pursuant to the Ohio Revised Code to the Common Pleas Court. However, the filing of an appeal under this section shall not stay any action taken pursuant to this chapter.
