618.66 APPEALS; FEES.
   (a)    Any person aggrieved by or dissatisfied with any of the following decisions, rulings, actions or findings may, within ten (10) days thereafter, file a written notice or statement of appeal from such decision, ruling, action or finding to the Board of General Appeals for an administrative hearing thereon.
      (1)    The determination that an animal is dangerous under Sections 618.51 and 618.52;
      (2)    The denial of a permit under Section 618.58;
      (3)    The denial of a renewal of a previously issued permit under Section 618.64;
      (4)    The revocation of a previously issued permit under Section 618.65; and
      (5)    The temporary suspension of any permit or portion thereof under Section 618.64.
 
   (b)    An administrative fee of ten dollars ($10.00) shall be paid to the City and is required for each appeal to the Board of General Appeals, and no appeal shall be set for hearing until such fee has been paid.
 
   (c)    The filing of an appeal under this subsection shall not stay any action taken pursuant to this chapter.
