618.15 PROXIMITY OF ANIMALS TO HUMAN HABITATIONS.
   (a)   No person shall keep a pig, horse, cow, goat, three or more dogs at least three months of age or any other animal, fowl or poultry in a pen, yard, lot or other enclosure situated within 100 feet of an inhabited dwelling house, other than the house of the owner of such animal, fowl or poultry. (1977 Code Sec. 94.46)
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
