7-1-7: PENALTY:

Violations of this chapter shall constitute a misdemeanor. This chapter may also be enforced by initiation of civil legal action to compel compliance with the terms of this chapter or to restrain violation thereof. All costs of civil enforcement shall be borne by the violator. (Ord. 378, 3-11-1994)
