A . Authority: This section is enacted and adopted pursuant to the authority granted to the City of Spirit Lake, Idaho, by article 12, section 2, of the Constitution of the State of Idaho, and Idaho Code, section 50-319.
B. Prohibited: It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of eighteen (18) years to leave the City of Spirit Lake residence of a parent, legal guardian, or adult having the legal care and custody of the child without the permission of the parent, legal guardian, or adult having the legal care and custody of said person with the intent of absenting himself from the residence.
C. Penalty: Any person who violates this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than three hundred dollars ($300.00) or by imprisonment for not more than thirty (30) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. (Ord. 441, 1-18-2000)
