5-2-3: DISORDERLY CONDUCT:
   A.    Unlawful Acts: It shall be unlawful for any person to:
      1.    Public Intoxication: Be drunk or intoxicated or to disturb the peace of any other person while drunk or intoxicated in any place, building or conveyance to which the public has, or is permitted to have access.
      2.    Disturbing The Peace: Maliciously and wilfully disturb the peace of any person, family or neighborhood by, but not limited to, tumultuous or offensive conduct, threatening, traducing, quarreling, challenging to fight or fighting, vulgar, profane, indecent or abusive language, discharging of any firearm or explosive device, amplified sound or vibrations, musical instruments, not properly muffled internal combustion engines or motors, or by allowing prolonged barking or other animal sounds.
      3.    Unlawful Assembly: Fail to immediately disperse from the scene, where two (2) or more persons have assembled for the purpose of disturbing the peace or committing an unlawful act, when ordered to do so by any law enforcement officer.
      4.    Interference With Official Meetings: Intentionally interrupt or interfere in any way with the orderly conduct of a City Council meeting, Planning and Zoning Commission, or any other public meeting and/or to refuse to leave such a meeting when lawfully ordered to do so by that person in charge of such a meeting.
   5.    Sleeping Or Building Fires On Streets: Sleep or build fires upon any street, alley or other public right-of-way or to do the same upon any private property without the consent of the owner of such private property.
   B.    Penalty: Any person found to be guilty of violating this section shall be guilty of committing a misdemeanor pursuant to the laws of the State of Idaho. (Ord. 354, 9-16-1991)
      1.    At the discretion of the charging officer, a civil citation may be issued which is punishable by a civil penalty in an amount established by resolution of the City Council. (Ord. 580, 3-13-2018)
