A. Unlawful Act: It shall be unlawful for any person to maliciously injure or to destroy any real or personal property not his own.
B. Penalty: Any person found guilty of violating this section shall be guilty of committing a misdemeanor offense and shall be punished pursuant to the laws of the State of Idaho. (Ord. 338, 9-12-1988)
