This chapter applies throughout the city of Spirit Lake. Every person soliciting door to door, unless exempt by state and federal law, is responsible for compliance with its terms. Fundraising activities for students from school districts recognized by the state of Idaho are exempt from these requirements. (Ord. 471, 1-13-2004)
