A. Requirement; Exception: It shall be unlawful for any person to own, maintain, operate or permit to be operated, any mechanical musical instrument or game of skill on or in the premises owned by him or over which he has control, without first having secured and paid for a license for each and every such mechanical musical instrument or game of skill; provided, however, that no license shall be required for any machines vending sanitary napkins.
B. Term Of License: All license fees shall be issued for a period of one year beginning with January 1 and expiring December 31 of the same year in which issued. Any such license secured for a fractional part of a year shall be paid for at the rate required for the entire year. (Ord. 203, 2-11-70)
