GAMES OF SKILL: Any automatic machine or device wherein a person deposits any coin, token or slug, which said token or slug may have been purchased by any coin, and in return therefor received the opportunity of playing or operating such machine without any prospect of reward in money, merchandise, or any other article of value to be won as a result of such play or operation.
MECHANICAL MUSICAL INSTRUMENT: Any automatic machine or device where a person deposits a coin, which operates said mechanical instrument. (Ord. 203, 2-11-70)
