A person who violates any provision of this chapter or operates any mobile concession business without having first obtained a license as herein provided shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Each day that a violation of this chapter occurs shall be deemed a separate offence. This licensing provision may also be enforced by civil action initiated by the city in a court of competent jurisdiction. (Ord. 420, 4-11-1997)
