A. The city clerk may issue a permit for the operation of a mobile food concession after receiving a properly completed application, accompanied by payment of the monthly permit charge and the public health permit as required; providing that all other requirements of this chapter have been complied with.
B. A separate permit shall be required for each month, or portion thereof, of operation and shall be issued by the city clerk upon the applicant again complying with the provisions of this chapter.
C. A separate application and permit shall be required for each individual mobile food concession cart or like device.
D. Each mobile food concession shall be permanently numbered, and each city and public health permit issued will be correspondingly numbered and apply only to the respectively numbered cart or other like device.
E. Each city and public health permit shall be continuously displayed in a conspicuous place on each mobile food concession. (Ord. 420, 4-11-1997)
