A. Commissioners; Appointment And Term: There is hereby created a City Planning and Zoning Commission which shall be comprised of five (5) voting members, to be known as Commissioners, who shall be appointed or removed in accordance with Idaho Code, section 67-6504. The term of each Commissioner shall be three (3) years. (Ord. 347, 5-14-1990; amd. Ord. 351, 11-13-1990; Ord. 399, 6-13-1995)
B. Duties:
1. The commission shall be governed by and have those duties prescribed by Idaho Code and the City's Zoning Ordinance.
