The City Treasurer, or any other designated official, is hereby ordered, required and directed to keep any public monies and any money which during the ordinary course of City business comes under the control of the City Treasurer, or other designated officials, in the following named depositories:

The City Treasurer, or any other designated official, is hereby ordered, required and directed to keep and deposit monies belonging to or in the care of the City in the manner required by section 50-1013 and chapter 1, title 57, Idaho Code, in the above named depositories. (Ord. 591, 3-1-2019)
