A. A seal in circular form with the words "City of Spirit Lake, Idaho", on the outer circle and the words "Kootenai County" with the representation of a fir tree on the interior and center of said circle, shall be, and the same is hereby made the Corporate Seal of the City, to be used in all cases which, by the laws of Idaho, and the custom of nations, it is necessary to use a seal by a municipal corporation.
B. Said seal shall be and remain in the custody of the Clerk- Treasurer of the City, to be used by him as prescribed in subsection A of this section. (Ord. 94, 5-10-1921)
