11-1-12: RATES:
Rates charged by the grantee for service hereunder shall be charged in accordance with any FCC regulations currently existing or as may hereafter be adopted. The city reserves the right to regulate rates and charges in accordance to such FCC regulations. (Ord. 468, 6-10-2003)
