10-3-4: FINAL PLAT STANDARDS:
   A.    Every final plat required by this title shall be prepared in accordance to Idaho Code, title 50, chapter 13 as it now exists or is subsequently amended or codified. The plat scale shall not be less than fifty feet (50') to one inch (1") or more than one hundred feet (100') to one inch (1"). The final plat together with written data shall be in such form that when considered together they shall fully and clearly contain the following information:
      1.    The name and legal description of the proposed subdivision.
      2.    The plat scale and north direction.
      3.    All section, township, municipal, county lines lying within or adjacent to the subdivision.
      4.    The location of all monuments or other evidence used as ties to establish the boundaries of the subdivision including a tie between a subdivision corner and two (2) established city of Spirit Lake survey control monuments.
      5.    The location of all permanent control monuments found and established within the subdivision.
      6.    The boundary of the subdivision with complete bearings and lineal dimensions.
      7.    The length and bearings of all straight lines; the radial, arcs, semitangents of all curves.
      8.    The length and bearings of each lot line together with other data necessary for the location of any lot in the field.
      9.    The location, width, center line, and name or numbers of all streets, within and adjoining the subdivision.
      10.    The location, width, and description of all easements.
      11.    Numbers or letters assigned to all blocks and lots within the subdivision.
      12.    The house and/or building number assigned to each lot within the subdivision in accordance with the city plan.
      13.    Names of adjacent subdivisions.
      14.    The surveyor's certificate seal, and signature in substantially the following form:
I,                        , registered land surveyor, hereby certify that this plat is based on an actual survey of the land described herein conducted by me or under my supervision, during the period of               , 20        through            , 20      ; that the distance, courses, and angles are shown thereon correctly; and that the monuments have been set and lot corners staked on the ground as depicted on the plat.
      15.    A written statement of approval signed by the city engineer and/or person designated by council, as to survey data; layout of streets, alleys, and easements; street names and numbers; the design and construction of improvements.
      16.    A written statement of sanitary restrictions and conditions as approved by the panhandle health district and required by Idaho Code, section 50-1326 et seq.
      17.    A certificate bearing the names of all persons who have an interest in the subdivided land, signed by said persons and acknowledged by them before a notary public, showing that said persons consent to the subdivision of the said land reciting a dedication by them of all lands shown on the plat to be dedicated for public uses. Said persons shall sign a waiver of all claims for damages against any governmental authority which may be occasioned to the land by the established construction, drainage, and maintenance of public roads.
      18.    All streets entering or within the development and/or subdivision shall conform to good access management.
      19.    Signature blocks for approval by the mayor and city engineer, planning and zoning chairperson, city clerk and/or person designated by council. (Ord. 427, 7-30-1998)
