The officially-adopted and agreed upon "Area of City Impact for Spirit Lake, Idaho" is established by City Ordinance 396 and Kootenai County Ordinance 395, and is set forth therein on the map entitled Spirit Lake Area of City Impact on file in the office of the City Clerk and available for public inspection. The area of City impact shall be known as Area 1. The map also defines the Spirit Lake Watershed Notification Area, which shall be known as Area 2. (Ord. 396, 4-3-95)
