8-4-14: PENALTY FOR VIOLATION:
Each person in violation of any provision of this chapter shall have committed a misdemeanor offense, and each day that each violation continues shall constitute a separate misdemeanor offense. The penalty for each violation shall be that prescribed by that Spirit Lake ordinance establishing the penalty for misdemeanor offenses. (Ord. 428, 7-30-1998)
