8-4-13: RESPONSIBILITIES OF PARK MANAGEMENT AND PARK OCCUPANTS:
   A.   Park Management:
      1.    Shall ensure that the manufactured home park is operated in compliance with this chapter and shall provide adequate supervision to maintain the park, its facilities and equipment in good repair and in a clean and sanitary condition.
      2.    Shall notify park occupants of all applicable provisions of this chapter and inform them to their duties and responsibilities under this chapter.
      3.    Shall supervise the placement of each manufactured home on its manufactured home pad or stand, which includes securing its stability and installing all utility connections.
      4.    Shall maintain a register containing the names of all park occupants. Such a register shall be available to any law enforcement officer and to any authorized city employee or inspector.
      5.    Shall be liable for charges for calls for law enforcement assistance in excess of two (2) per month per each residence. Fee schedules to be set by the city council. (Ord. 428, 7-30-1998)
