A. Manufactured home park shall be constructed and operated in accordance with this and any other applicable Spirit Lake ordinance, and with parts 2 through 10, (excluding the definitions of "manufactured home" and "manufactured home park") and with appendix figure A-2, of the publication NFPA 501A.
B. Each individual homesite must provide for parking to accommodate at least one vehicle off the street, drive roadway or walkways. (Ord. 428, 7-30-1998)
