8-4-7: BUILDING PERMIT REQUIRED:
   A.    It shall be unlawful for any person to construct, alter or extend any manufactured home park within the limits of the City unless he holds a valid permit issued by the City in the name of such person for the specific construction or extension proposed.
   B.   All applications for permits shall be made to the city and shall contain the following:
      1.   Name and address of applicant.
      2.   Interest of the applicant in the manufactured home park/area.
      3.   Location and legal description of the manufactured home park/area.
      4.   Complete engineering plans and specifications of the proposed park showing the following:
         a.    The area and dimensions of the tract of land.
         b.    The number, location and size of all manufactured home lots.
         c.    The location and width of roadways and walkways.
         d.    The location of service buildings and any other proposed structures.
         e.    The location of water and sewer lines and riser pipes.
         f.    Plans and specifications of the water supply and refuse and sewage disposal facilities.
         g.    Plans and specifications of all buildings constructed or to be constructed within the manufactured home park/area.
         h.    The location and details of lighting and electrical systems.
   C.    Each application for a building permit shall be reviewed by the building inspector, planning and zoning commission and the city council and shall be approved by each before it shall become valid.
   D.    Should a building permit be revoked for fraud or any other reason, which is the fault of the property owner, or contractor, the application process must be reinitiated and the previously paid fee is forfeited. (Ord. 428, 7-30-1998)
