(A) Industrial wastes. Industrial waste shall be collected, removed and disposed of by the operator of the factory, plant or enterprise creating or causing the same, in accordance with applicable provisions of this code.
(B) Construction debris. Within their regular sanitation collection fee, property owners and/or residents shall be entitled to collection of a maximum of one cumulative truckload of waste material per week. Any volume of material above and beyond this maximum amount at curbside will be subject to a removal fee as established in the town’s annual fee schedule.
