Any person may have leaves removed by the town if the leaves are placed in a pile at the roadside, so that they may be easily handled by the collector. No tree limbs, shrubs or other material shall be mixed with leaves. The leaves shall be collected seasonally on days designated for such collection as the Sanitation Department has the time available.
