§ 50.25 PREPARATION OF CERTAIN MATERIALS FOR COLLECTION.
   All garbage and refuse shall have the liquid drained therefrom before it is placed in the container for collection. All lids to containers shall fit tightly after the containers are filled. The cover shall be kept on the containers at all times, except when being filled or emptied.
