§ 50.23 PLACEMENT FOR COLLECTION.
   (A)   Residences. Containers for garbage and trash in residential areas shall be placed at curbside for collection by 7:00 a.m. on the scheduled collection day(s). Lids must remain securely shut at all times. Upon collection, the resident shall remove the container from the curbside and store it in a location that is least noticeable from the street.
   (B)   Businesses. Business building collection areas shall be from the rear, side or in certain cases, the front. Where front collection points are used, empty containers shall not be left on the street for more than 30 minutes after collection. All containers will be at ground level and provision for easy access for the collection truck must be made by the owner or lessor.
   (C)   Bulk-item collections.
      (1)   Materials to be collected by bulk-item collection shall be placed on the curb line or next to the street, in neat, compact piles, so as not to interfere with vehicular or pedestrian traffic. Within their regular sanitation collection fee, property owners and/or residents shall be entitled to collection of a maximum of one cumulative truckload of waste material per week.
      (2)   Any volume of material above and beyond this maximum amount at curbside will be subject to a removal fee as established in the town’s annual fee schedule.
