(A) Collection schedule - residences. Except as otherwise provided in this chapter and except in the case of emergency arising from an act of God or under circumstances over which the Sanitation Department has no control, the Department shall collect, remove and dispose of certain refuse in residential sections of the town at least once per week.
(B) Collection schedule - businesses. The Department shall collect, remove and dispose of refuse from business buildings at least twice per week and, where deemed necessary by the Director of the Sanitation Department, more than twice per week, and not to exceed three times per week.
