(A) No plantings or other obstruction more than 30 inches high may be made on the right-of-way between the curb and sidewalk for a distance of 50 feet from the corners of intersections.
(B) A violation of the foregoing provision shall be punishable as a Class 3 misdemeanor pursuant to G.S. § 14-4.
