§ 33.04 PROGRAM TO OFFER INCENTIVES FOR INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT.
   The Town Board of Commissioners will consider, on a case-by-case basis, incentives for new and existing industrial and commercial businesses that invest a minimum of $500,000 in new equipment (including new buildings and renovations to existing buildings) and/or create 25 jobs.
