§ 31.47 COPIES, RECORD TO BE KEPT.
   After passage of an ordinance or amendment, any and all changes to the code of ordinances by the Board of Commissioners shall be entered in full in a book kept for that purpose which shall constitute a permanent record of same, and shall be published online in the regular course of business.
