§ 31.20 SELECTION OF MAYOR PRO TEMPORE.
   (A)   At the first meeting after its election, the Board of Commissioners shall select one of its number to act as Mayor Pro Tempore for a two-year term of office.
   (B)   The Commissioner selected shall, in the case of sickness or absence of the Mayor, exercise the duties of the Mayor.
