§ 31.16 PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS AGAINST TOWN.
   All persons having claims against the town are required to present them in writing at the regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners, but the Board may consider, pass upon and audit such claims at any meeting, whether regular or special.
