§ 31.15 ILLEGAL INTEREST IN CONTRACT MADE BY BOARD.
   No member of the Board of Commissioners or other officer or employee shall be pecuniarily interested, directly or indirectly, in any contract made or entered into by the Board, nor in any matter where the rights or liabilities of the town are or may be involved.
