Within the districts indicated on the official zoning map, no building or land shall be used, and no building shall be erected or altered which is intended or designed to be used, in whole or in part, for any use other than those listed as permitted for that district in this section. Uses may be permitted by right (Z) with additional standards (listed as “D”) or by special use permit (listed as “S”) or not permitted (X). The land use, its respective permit type and any specific development standards shall be set forth and referenced in the following table and notes thereto.
