§ 30.01 APPOINTMENT OF CERTAIN OFFICIALS; TERM.
   (A)   At the biennial organizational meeting, officers and employees other than the Mayor and Board of Commissioners that are deemed necessary shall be appointed by the Board of Commissioners.
   (B)   All officers and employees shall serve for a term of two years.
