§ 154.141 APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   An appeal of an administrative decision may be initiated by filing a written notice of appeal specifying the grounds for the appeal with the Town Clerk.
   (B)   A notice of appeal must be prepared using town provided form. The notice of appeal shall state the grounds for the appeal and must be accompanied by sufficient information to allow for a competent review by the Board of Adjustment.
   (C)   The notice to appeal is considered filed when a complete form, including all applicable fees, is delivered to the Town Clerk. The date and time of filing must be entered on the notice.
