§ 154.112 ADOPTION OF MORATORIA ON DEVELOPMENT APPROVALS.
   Pursuant to G.S. § 160D-107, the Board of Commissioners may adopt temporary moratoria on any town development approval required by law. See applicable provisions of the zoning regulations of the town and G.S. § 160D-107.
