§ 154.059 PERMITS AND CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
   Unless otherwise provided in this chapter, upon recordation of the final plat, the applicant shall be eligible to apply for building and any other permits required by this chapter. No certificates of occupancy shall be issued until all improvements are complete and approved by the town.
