(A) After the Subdivision Administrator certifies the subdivision plat, it must be recorded in the office of Rutherford County Register of Deeds within 30 calendar days of the date of the certification.
(B) A preliminary plat shall become void and must be resubmitted to the Technical Review Committee if a final plat is not recorded within one year after preliminary plat approval or if there is a lapse of more than one year between the recordings of phases or sections of the preliminary plat.
